Who operates this service

EasyAds and Aisha by EasyAds are products operated by Adpilot AI Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.

The service

easyads.now gives you Aisha, an AI agent that plans, launches and optimises advertising on Meta, Google and TikTok, plus a dashboard that shows the results. You talk to Aisha on WhatsApp.

Aisha works inside your own ad accounts. You keep ownership of those accounts, your creatives and your data at all times.

Trial, price and billing

The first 14 days are free. Your card is saved at signup and nothing is charged until the trial ends. The first 100 customers can keep the founding price of $99 per month. The standard price is $199 per month, or $1,990 when billed yearly.

The subscription fee does not include your advertising spend. You pay the platforms directly for the media.

If you are not satisfied, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. See our Refund policy for details.

Approvals and your responsibility

Nothing goes live without your approval. Budget increases, new campaigns and creative changes are proposed to you first, and you approve, edit or reject them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you advertise and for complying with local advertising rules in your market, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

You are responsible for the content of your landing pages, offers and any claims made in your advertising. Aisha will flag obvious issues, but the final responsibility is yours.

What we do not promise

Advertising results depend on your offer, market and budget. We work to improve your cost per result but we cannot guarantee specific revenue, leads or return on ad spend.

The advertising platforms may change their rules, pricing or APIs at any time; where that affects the service, we adapt as quickly as we can.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use easyads.now to advertise products or services that are illegal in your jurisdiction, counterfeit goods, weapons, or content that is hateful, deceptive or that enables dishonest behavior.

You agree not to attempt to access another customer's data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to send spam.

Your data and intellectual property

You own your ad accounts, your creatives, your customer lists and all data you bring to the service. We process this data only to deliver the service to you.

We own the easyads.now brand, the Aisha agent software and the dashboard. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

Limitation of liability

easyads.now is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by telling Aisha. The service runs until the end of the paid period; we do not lock you into a contract.

On cancellation your campaigns stay in your own ad accounts and keep running unless you pause them. We stop accessing your ad accounts on cancellation.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your ad account is permanently disabled by a platform, or if we are legally required to do so. We give you at least 7 days' notice unless there is an urgent security or legal reason.

If we terminate your account for our own reasons (not your breach), we refund the unused portion of your subscription.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including platform outages, internet disruptions, or changes in advertising platform APIs or policies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the courts of Hong Kong.

If a local law in your Gulf jurisdiction requires disputes to be resolved locally, that local law takes precedence for disputes arising in that jurisdiction.
