30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with easyads.now, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund the full subscription fee — no questions asked. Write to hello@easyads.now from the email address on your account and we process the refund within 10 business days.

The guarantee applies to your first payment only. If you continue past 30 days, later payments are covered by the cancellation terms in our Terms of service, not by this guarantee.

Free trial

The first 14 days are free. Your card is saved at signup, but you are not charged anything during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access simply ends — there is nothing to refund.

If you subscribe and decide it is not for you, the 30-day guarantee above applies from the date of your first payment, not from the trial start date.

What is refundable

The easyads.now subscription fee is refundable under this policy: monthly and annual plans, including the founding price of $99 and the standard price of $199 or $1,990.

Your advertising spend is not charged by us and is not refundable by us. You pay the ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) directly for media. Any refund of ad spend must be claimed from the platform that charged it.

How to request a refund

Write to hello@easyads.now with the subject "Refund request" and include the email address on your account. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you paid by card, the refund appears on your statement within 5–10 business days after we process it, depending on your bank.

Annual plans

If you purchased an annual plan ($1,990) and request a refund within 30 days, we refund the full amount. If you request a refund after 30 days but before the year ends, we refund the unused portion, calculated as the remaining full months minus the 30-day guarantee period already used.

For example: if you cancel an annual plan after 4 months, you have 8 months unused. We refund 8/12 of the annual fee.

Cancellations vs refunds

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. If you cancel mid-month on a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of that month and are not charged again.

A refund returns money you have already paid. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by telling Aisha.
