Who operates this service

EasyAds and Aisha by EasyAds are products operated by Adpilot AI Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.

What we collect

Account details you give us: name, business name, email address and the WhatsApp number you talk to Aisha from.

Advertising data from the ad accounts you connect: campaign settings, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and conversion value. We never collect the payment credentials stored inside those platforms.

Messages you exchange with Aisha, so she can keep context between conversations and explain past decisions.

Payment metadata (such as the last four digits of your card and the billing country) from our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To run and optimise the campaigns you approve, to produce your reports and summaries, and to answer you on WhatsApp.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations under the data-protection laws of the Gulf region, including the UAE Federal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your business data to train public AI models.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to deliver the product, each bound by a data-processing agreement:

Meta, Google and TikTok, for the advertising platforms you connect.

360dialog, for delivering WhatsApp messages between you and Aisha.

Stripe, for processing subscription payments and refunds.

Our cloud hosting provider and the AI provider that powers Aisha's reasoning.

We never share your data with advertising networks for their own marketing purposes, and we never sell it to third parties.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure in the European Union. Advertising data is also processed by the ad platforms in their own regions, which may include servers in the Gulf.

Because we serve customers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, we comply with the cross-border transfer requirements of each jurisdiction. Where a local law requires a data-processing agreement for transfers outside its borders, we have one in place.

How long we keep it

Advertising and conversation data is kept while your account is active and for 12 months after cancellation, so you can come back to your history. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Basic account records (name, email, billing history) are kept for 7 years after cancellation to meet tax and accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your rights under Gulf data-protection law

You have the right to access your data, request corrections, export a copy, and request deletion at any time. You can also object to processing or request that processing be restricted.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@easyads.now. We respond within 30 days, as required by the UAE PDPL and the Saudi PDPL.

You can disconnect any ad account at any time; Aisha immediately loses access to it and we stop processing data from that account.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it and is logged.

We undergo regular security reviews and all processors are vetted for their security and compliance posture.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertising networks.

You can disable cookies in your browser; the service will still work, but you may need to log in more often.

Children's privacy

easyads.now is a business service. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to hello@easyads.now and we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we notify you by email and in the dashboard at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
